<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">from what I know about CCM4 you probably don't find the file in the TFTP directory because all the files are cached at startup in order to allow faster processing. If you want to make sure if the file exists you can disable the caching under Service>Service Configuration>Cisco TFTP and by pressing the "Advanced" button. Somewhere at the bottom you'll find enable caching or something like it and it is set to True. Reverse it to False and you should see the files after restart of the TFTP service.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">But from what you tell ti seems that the file really isn't there. I had some trouble with 7970 as well and what helped in my case (I don't remember what version I was working with) was getting the newest load for the 7970 and loading it into CCM. This might be a solution. Another thing you could try is to manually configure the 7970 to see if it registers correctly. But you probably want to attach more than just one phone when you use auto-config.</font>
