For example, I put my phone in a line group that's in a hunt list. I forwarded my phone to voicemail then used another phone to call the pilot number. My phone rang anyway. </DIV>

<DIV>The TAC engineer sent me the number of an internal-only bug that basically says line groups don't support CTI Route Points. It sounds like 4.1 is no different.</DIV>

If you define a third line group (1<SUP>st</SUP> being the reception, and 2<SUP>nd</SUP> being the tellers), it has to contain directory numbers, and nothing else (CTI Route Point for instance cannot be selected). So one way would be to dedicate a phone, assign it the branch’s extension and attach to it the branch’s mailbox. But you are using a phone just for that purpose.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

We want it to ring the receptionist first, then broadcast to all of the phones at the teller stations. So, it would ring 1 line group which contains extension 1000. If that is busy or doesn't answer, then ring the second line group (1001, 1002, 1003, and 1004). If they don't answer, then I want it to go to the branch's voicemail box. That last part is what I can't do. There doesn't seem to be any way to have it go to a specific voicemail box after exhausting the other phones. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P></DIV>

I currently have it setup so the receptionist phone has CFB and CFNA to another DN. That DN is a second line on the phones in the second group so they all ring. That DN is set to CFB and CFNA to voicemail. This won't work much longer because we're replacing the phones in the second group with 7912 phones (they are 7940's right now). When I replace them, they'll only have 1 line. I could put the same number on all of the phones but I really want to get away from a shared line like that because of confusion with putting calls on hold, etc. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P></DIV>
