<DIV>Well, so far everyone has come up with the same solutions but unforunately they don't work.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>We are using CCM 4.0(2)a and Unity 4.0(4) SR-1 (I believe that's the Unity version). </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>A limitation of line groups in 4.0 is that they don't allow CTI Route Points. If they did I could probably get it to work. Also, if a phone/DN is in a line group any forwarding is ignored. For example, I put my phone in a line group that's in a hunt list. I forwarded my phone to voicemail then used another phone to call the pilot number. My phone rang anyway. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The TAC engineer sent me the number of an internal-only bug that basically says line groups don't support CTI Route Points. It sounds like 4.1 is no different.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Buying IPCC would be an incredibly expensive way to solve the problem. </DIV>

If you define a third line group (1st being the reception, and 2nd being the tellers), it has to contain directory numbers, and nothing else (CTI Route Point for instance cannot be selected). So one way would be to dedicate a phone, assign it the branch’s extension and attach to it the branch’s mailbox. But you are using a phone just for that purpose.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

I currently have it setup so the receptionist phone has CFB and CFNA to another DN. That DN is a second line on the phones in the second group so they all ring. That DN is set to CFB and CFNA to voicemail. This won't work much longer because we're replacing the phones in the second group with 7912 phones (they are 7940's right now). When I replace them, they'll only have 1 line.
