That being said, I know that there are call routing
rules available in Unity. We use Unity as our AutoAttendant, so I'm pretty sure
I could setup a call routing rule for the calling numbers in question and send
them to a call handler that gives them a special greeting or something like
that. This will break where you do not use Unity as the AA, you use DIDs or the
calling number is not available. However, you can setup your PRIs calling party
presentation to always so you should always have it no matter what.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how
to block (3) incoming numbers? The calls could come in over any of our
(5) PRIs. I didn't know if there was a way to block at the CallManager
level? The only idea I've come up with so far is to run the employee's
number through a script in IPCC?
