I'm hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction with the following roadblock I've run into. In trying to create/complete a "CallBack" option in one of our scripts, we asked for the caller to record their name. I've inserted the "Recording" step, it records fine, etc. Because it is recorded as a document though, how can I convert this to a prompt that can be played back to the agent prior to the Call Redirect step? If it helps, the Media Type under the Recording step is - System Default WAV Format.
