appearing in the directory as one extension# that he originally had, but he's
now at a new extension, and the directory didn't update..</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

works fine, calls route, etc... even when calls arrive from him you see the
correct extension# being delivered as internal caller ID on your phone-

that's wrong is the directory didn't update.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

back in and changing the extension, and the description field, and other things,
then doing an Update and a Restart phone, but nothing appears to be affecting
