<P><FONT size=2>We upgraded from 3.3(4) to 4.1(2) (I was told that we were the
first<BR>installation of 4.1.2 in a production environment) and we didn't have
any<BR>problems. We did not integrate with Active Directory and we are not
using<BR>Unity.<BR><BR>We had less than 5 minutes of down time and the whole
install took less than<BR>an hour if you don't include reading the "Before
