weeks and then to 4.1.2 at the end of april. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>I've gone through some sample upgrades in the test centre (one
publisher only) without any huge problems. I will be introducing a subscriber
soon in the test centre so I can do a cluster upgrade and test moving devices
over and back during an upgrade. The publisher took about an hour I think. If
you move the devices to the same version subscriber, you should have little
downtime.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>CRS is another question altogether. We too are going to
upgrade from 3.1 to 3.5. </FONT><FONT size=2>I'm not sure how we're gonna handle
that yet and will be investigating that soon.</FONT></DIV>

Subscriber CM<BR>3.3.4 to 4.1.2. And if possible upgraded from CRS 3.1
to 3.5. <BR><BR>I have some questions.<BR><BR>Did you run into any
problems?<BR><BR>If you are integrated with AD did the upgrade go
well?<BR><BR>If you are using Unity, did the CM upgrade change the ports or
did you<BR>have to manually change the voice mail ports?<BR><BR>How long did
it take? 4 hours, 8 hours 24 hours? I need to schedule a<BR>window
