with this behavior on several phones. This is<BR>with CCM 3.3(3). Let me try
on our 4.0 server and see<BR>if it is different.<BR><BR>When you have call on
hold, the little ][ icon is next<BR>to line and a bigger box is around line
with call<BR>counter, and the number you called is blinking.<BR><BR>When you
press the button next to this DN on right<BR>side of phone once, the box goes
away and the DN is<BR>displayed and the ][ icon is on line still.<BR><BR>If
you press button on right for this DN again, the<BR>call goes off of
hold.<BR><BR>Using the softkeys hold/resume works fine.<BR><BR>--- Wes Sisk
