with two 7914's that the operator would like to just use to monitor - See the
state of the line (on,off, ringing, etc). She also does use Call Attendant, but
the 7914 would add a little extra 'hard' feature.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

the monitored line rings, it comes up on the main 7960 display to answer - (with
ring/flash disabled). I don't see away around this.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
