have 5 agents logged in. I just upgraded to Express from the Standard and
now when a agent gets off a call it puts them in the status “Work” and without
them going back into ready they will sit in that state forever. Is there a way
to eliminate the “Work” state or have it automatically go back to ready after x
seconds.</SPAN></FONT></P>
