are fine. But sometimes a call comes in, This is what happened - PSTN calling
gets no ringing, but call rings on 7960 phone and is able to answer. No voice in
or out is working. Call will stay up until PSTN caller disconnects call because
of no ringing or conversation. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

narrow this down, and frankly not sure how to. I did a debug of ISDN q931, and
have the capture of a good and a bad, but the look the same. So I suspect I am
not debugging the right thing. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>
