font-family:Arial'>My client runs a news business that relies on all calls if
unanswered to route back to switchboard operator, if journalist (user) moves
from desk (leaves building etc) and sets call forward to another phone or
mobile etc and then returns, they simply press the call forward smartKey and
the default setting for calls to route back to switch if unanswered is invoked.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>Hence the user never impacts on the default setting and does
not have to re-enter the destination switch extension when reactivating the
default route.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

(forward all calls) and returns he must press call FWD softkey, and then re
