dropped packets etc), you should turn on Call Diagnostic Records in the service
menu for CallManager. Once turned on, every call (including those bound
for gateways) will have its QoS stats recorded, and you can at least know which
calls are bad and attempt to find a cure.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
