to a VoIP gateway. These devices are popular in some parts of the world where
people intercept outbound calls from cell phones and re-directing these calls
via a GSM Least Cost router instead of over the standard PSTN.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

will need digits passed on to it to make the outbound call via GSM. What is the
