<DIV>Something to add to this. There is also a rule that calls cannot span
resources, so, the max participant value is used when assigning a conference
call to a resource. If there is not at least <max participant> spaces
available on a resource, it will not use it. The danger in upping the value to
16 is that you can end up wasting resources - there could be 15 calls available
on a resource (almost half!) but because you can not have 16 calls, the
potential max, it will skip to the next resource.</DIV>
