<P><FONT size=2>I some PBX's there is such a thing as "exclusive" hold.
CallManager<BR>4.1(3), receptionists have a shared line and they are constantly
picking<BR>each others "held" calls on accident. Is there any way that
with a shared<BR>line the only person who can take that call off hold is the
phone who put<BR>that caller on
