font-family:Arial'>I have an issue with using the tsp and dialling from
Outlook. All of our route patterns have a 9 prefix. As most users have there Outlook
contacts set up with numbers beginning with a 0, to get the outlook dialling to
work we had to set up a route pattern such as 0XXXXXXXXXX and then add a called
party transform mask of 9XXXXXXXXXXX </span></font></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;
font-family:Arial'>This will now allow users to dial a 10 digit number without
the use of a 9 which we do not want to happen as they think that it is then
possible to dial any number with out a 9 and want to know why they can&#8217;t.
I would like to know the best way to set up a route pattern that will allow
numbers within Outlook beginning with a 0 or +44 to then use a 9.</span></font></p>
