<DIV>We have a custom way of doing our billing and I am finding that I'm getting
CDR records from a week before. I've gone through my files, of which I'll go
through again a few times, but I was hoping the group could shed some light.
Have people seen delayed CDR records?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Here's what we do:</DIV>
<UL>
<LI>every day export the last two weeks of CDRs from the publisher to a text
file (overwriting the previous)
<LI>every week, grab this file and compare it to a file from last weeks
processing to get differentials
<LI>send this differential file to our 3rd party billing service</LI></UL>
<DIV>What I'm finding is that in this weeks differential file is an entry that
really should have been in last weeks. When I go to last weeks raw data, i.e.
the CDR export from the publisher, it's not even in there, it's only in this
weeks raw data.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>This just sounds wierd to me.</DIV>
