No more SR? So how will they handle obvious issues in between . releases or versions?
I hate having to jump through a myriad of hoops to actually getting
things working right. Cisco use to be good at making this as painless
as possible. As of late it seems Cisco as an org has lost sight of what
really differentiated themselves from the rest of the pack...great
customer service and a quality product.

On 8/2/05, Ryan Ratliff <rratliff@cisco.com> wrote:

Unity ES patches are not like CM ones. They are built to fix
individual (or groups of related) bugs and are not cumulative.

Indeed there will be no more SRs for 4.0(4) or even for Unity in
general (perhaps one for
4.0(5) ). The good news is that pretty soon
all Unity ES patches will be on CCO.

-Ryan
On Aug 1, 2005, at 4:21 PM, Israel Lang wrote:

Thanks Ryan....

Why is 4.04 sr1 so buggy. I just got done installing to other ES to
