Log...what's this mean???

The below message cycles every few seconds and has
been happening ever since I upgraded my CCM cluster to 4.1(3) SR1. Has
anyone seen this? Anyone know what it is saying? I can't find any
references to it on CCO or Google. Phones appear to be working just fine,
except for the called party sees Unavailable No. when I call them. Calls
to my PBX see my number, but calls outside the PBX do not. This is not a
production system so it is not critical at this time, but I would sure like to
find out if these things are related in any way.
