perfectly. Customer decided to change the<BR>extensions from the agents:
changes were done in CCM correctly.<BR><BR>- Change the extension in the
physical telephone.<BR>- Update the user "agent" with new extension.<BR>-
Update RM_USER with new extension.<BR>I also added secondary extensions to let
the agents do personal calls.<BR><BR>Now all works except one thing: the
supervisor desktop doesn't display<BR>any agent. Any additional change I have
to do?<BR><BR>Any idea?<BR><BR>Best
