on their phone they get calls queued : 5, however there are no calls in the
queue, when I make call to the contact centre calls queued goes to 6, they
answer and it goes back to 5, is there a way to refresh this ?, or is this
configuration issue on IPCC ?</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
