font-family:Arial'>I have a customer who is experiencing hissing during periods
of silence in a call to the PSTN. It’s appears to be a typical
vad/comfort noise issue except that I have VAD and comfort noise disabled on
the voice port and in the CCM system parameters. This is a MGCP gateway so
there are no voip dial peers to configure. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
