SDK/"Developing Cisco IP Phone Services" book on how to set up graphical + text
screens, like their sample calendar app.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

what looks good on the screen looks, well, um, a little different on the
phone.<BR><BR>I just do it by hand in Photoshop. The main trick is to
get _exactly_ the <BR>right shades of gray, and to do the characters by hand,
so they come out <BR>the same, rather than trying to use a font.<BR><BR>If you
get really stuck, I can probably whip one out for you. No, I'm not
<BR>offering to do that generally, for the whole world.
