verification<BR></FONT><BR></DIV>
<DIV>
<DIV>Hello,</DIV>
<DIV> I have read that the maximum number of agents
supported on IPCC Express 4.0 is 300 and supervisors is 32. If I have 350
agents but only 150 logged in simultaneously, will I be ok? Does "maximum
number of agents" mean active agents or configured. </DIV>
