relevant

I have a customer who has both a
CallManager and Nortel Meridian system. Each have seperate PRIs coming to them
and a PRI line connecting the two of them together.

The issue lies with
the Meridian system. I have no experience with Meridians beyond connecting
them to CM systems. For about a year the phones all send out a single
caller-id. This ID is the main number for a department on the CallManager
system.

My question is how does a meridian system handle caller-id?
Essentially, my question is how do I go back or suggest to the group that
maintains the meridian how to go back to each department sending out unique
caller-id through the meridian system?

Thanks,

--
