our AVVID solution behind a firewall (yippee!) Currently, everything is behind
an ACL with no (or limited access) to the data network so while things are
protected we've obviously limited ourselves to the services we can offer.

document that describes in detail exactly what to do to put our solution behind
a firewall successfully. Granted, I've seen a few documents which describe the
UDP and TCP ports that CallManager and Unity use, but no document that pulls
everything together. For example, how do I ensure that my IPCC express box can
communicate with CallManager after all is well and done? </FONT></DIV>
