<p>Is it possible to configure following features ( generally available with PBXes) with CCM :<br>

1. Ringback option: ie when a user dials an extension which is busy , he can press some key combination and<br>

place the receiver. Sooner the destination extension is free, the originator get a ring indicating that destination is free.<br>

2. Incoming call indicator: When a user busy with a call and if a second call comes to the same extension, <br>

a short beep ( in addition to the LCD indicator display) heard by the user to indicate that there is another incoming<br>

call.<br>
