subscribers to provide redundancy, however, there are some services that require
access to the publisher. If the publisher goes down or the synchronization
between the cluster is lost you will lose some services/features. I don't know
if there is a full list, but it does include the forwarding of phones and
extension mobility. Basically, any service that writes(?) to the
