i am just an engineer and i am not aware of the ways a company purchase
products (especially from Cisco!). I am sure we have the SAU contract
but i have never used the Product Upgrade Tool and i don't know what
you can do with it.<br>

Maybe you could open a TAC case and they could overnight it if you're
down.
Lesson learned. Always look at all your IPT before upgrades. Most
everything is dependent in some way weather a simple TSP upgrade or a
major release.
Read those docs.
