<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I have Unity with call handler (CH) feature to
transfer call to external number. When I make a call from an IP Phone
that is registered to CallManager, the Unity CallHandler can perform call
transfer smoothly. But if i make call from CME site (voip) to central site where
unity and CCM reside, the transfer always failed and I notice my FXO interface
status went to connect state then went to </FONT><FONT face=Arial
size=2>FXOLS_GUARD_OUT status before it went on-hook again and the caller was
stuck in a kind of music on hold. Anyone has experience this before? I use
VIC-FXO (for PSTN link) and also have used command "supervision disconnect
