set right. There are a lot of things you shouldn't set on the
Device/Line. Check out the Device Pool settings and pretty much anything
in there, don't put on the Device/Line. It'll make it way easier to make

size=2>Might want to check on something else while you're doing this. (I
ran into the same problem). On each phone, check to see if they've got a
second line configured with a slightly altered extension. For example,
extension 8983 for Line 1 and 9983 for Line 2. A lot of times, the vendors
place a second line on every phone and then have the CallForwardBusy roll to
that. What you should do is just make sure that Maximum Number of calls is
set (I use 4) and the Busy trigger is set (I use 2). The 8983/9983 is an
older way of doing the same thing. It chews up extensions (probably uses a
seperate partition too) and can interfere with CallBack features. Just
something I've run into a lot with vendors. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

size=2>Ideally, they aren't configured on each device or line. The best
place to configure them is in the Device Pool. Configure them there, then
leave them blank in each phone. A change to the Device Pool will change
all of them. However, if there is already something in the device/line, it
will override the Device Pool settings. That's why they should all be left
blank unless they are an exception.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
