  serviceability, I am unable to view any H323 gateways we have a number of them 
  at remote sites and only 1 MGCP gateway, the MGCP gateway displays on the 
  device summary fine. Is this because the status on the Call manager shows as 
  unknown and is there any way of getting the H323 gateways to show as we want 
  to monitor amount of calls each remote site is
