<DIV>Hi,</DIV>
<DIV>I need to setup an IVR script that allows transfer to subscriber's
voicemail directly. I have created necessary transfer from CCM to unity and it
only works for direct dialing from internal phones. From IVR script, the
transfer always failed and the caller got multiple beeps before hearing an
invalid extension prompt. Anyone experience this before? Plz enlighten me.
Thanks </DIV>
