redirecting party that should pay the toll. Let's say a client calls me, and
I've forwarded my office phone to my cottage. Why should the client pay the
toll? It was me who made the decision to play hookie. The same goes for

phones off-campus and have had to restrict that to local calls only because of
the ways CDRs are cut. If we have more requests we're going to have to work with
our CDR billing firm to make sure they follow through on the CDR and catch
those. A bit of a pain if you ask me.</FONT></DIV>
