i just want to use the Autoattendant. Is it nececcary to install the
IVR? I will just use the aa.aef script and the 4 port license that is
included only with the ccm. That is what i have been using with the old
version of ccm, 3.3(4), before the upgrade. I think that i just need to
install the crs engine. Isn't it so?
Cheers,
Hi Scott,
i Had 3.1(1) and i managed to find the Extended services AA cd version

job 5 out of 6!!! What can be possibly wrong?

You can upgrade from 3.1 to 3.5. Very easy. Took me ~ an hour.
You do need to PUT for the CD's. there is NO download. What a pain.

Maybe you could open a TAC case and they could overnight it if you're
down.
Lesson learned. Always look at all your IPT before upgrades. Most
everything is dependent in some way weather a simple TSP upgrade or a
major release.
Read those docs.
