I have 12 videoconferencing systems spread out over our WAN. 90 percent of them are Polycom VSX7000 models. I have heard the Tandbergs will integrate pretty seemlessly with CallManager, but I do not have any experience using them. I have setup a gatekeeper which allows the H.323 Video endpoints (Polycom stuff) to call Skinny endpoints (Cisco VTA, 7985...etc). It's a pretty slick setup and not too complicated to set-up, as long as you have control over the CCM and gatekeepers. The most difficult part might be coordinating with other groups if that is required. <O:P></O:P></SPAN></FONT></P> </DIV> <DIV><P class="MsoNormal"><FONT size="3" face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="font-size: 12.0pt"> <O:P></O:P></SPAN></FONT></P> </DIV> <DIV><P class="MsoNormal"><FONT size="3" face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="font-size: 12.0pt">We are also looking at the MCU blade for the 3540 chassis. <O:P></O:P></SPAN></FONT></P> </DIV> <DIV><P class="MsoNormal"><FONT size="3" face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="font-size: 12.0pt"> <O:P></O:P></SPAN></FONT></P> </DIV> <DIV><P class="MsoNormal"><FONT size="3" face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="font-size: 12.0pt">Steve<BR> <O:P></O:P></SPAN></FONT></P> </DIV> <DIV> <BLOCKQUOTE style="border:none;border-left:solid #CCCCCC 1.0pt;padding:0in 0in 0in 6.0pt; margin-left:4.8pt;margin-right:0in"><P class="MsoNormal"><FONT size="3" face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="font-size: 12.0pt"><BR> ---------- Forwarded message ----------<BR> From: "IT" <<A href="mailto:it@cimgroup.com">it@cimgroup.com </A>><BR> To: <<A href="mailto:cisco-voip@puck.nether.net">cisco-voip@puck.nether.net</A>><BR> Date: Sun, 18 Dec 2005 18:34:54 -0800<BR> Subject: [cisco-voip] Video conf. equipment for IP/VC<O:P></O:P></SPAN></FONT></P><P><FONT size="2" face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="font-size:10.0pt">I am planning to setup a 3511 IP/VC to handle 4 branch offices and their video conference needs.
