  are a few others I have seen; Voicemail port wizard failing and problems with 
  updating Gateway information. Of course when these problems occur there is a 
  TAC case that is created and it usually takes a awhile for us to notice the 
  URL has an underscore. Most of the problems can be worked around by using the 
  IP Address instead of the hostname in the URL. Also, an underscore is not

      character in the original dns rfc.&nbsp; you&nbsp; <BR>will get mixed 
      interoperability. safest option is to not use
