as we do a lot of long distance calls. Some people were dialling 911 when
they intended to dial a long distance number but accidentally hit 1 twice, then
hung up when they realized their error. It is emergency services policy to
respond to all 911 calls including hang-ups so there were a few mysterious
visits from the authorities. It was generally accepted to not use 911 but
only 9.911 within the office at that point.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
