
Using a HP DL380 server, I have installed Cisco Callmanager 4.1(2) from

disk, and upgraded the version to 4.1(3).&nbsp; CCM has been configured

and is operating fine, however when I try to install the Network Locale

Installer I receive the following error message:<br>

Locale Installer &quot;Error: Another Locale Installer is running, please exit from it first and run again!&quot;.<br>

<br>

Locale Installer used: li.ffr.4-1-3.exe<br>

<br>

There isn't another installer running, have rebooted server multiple

times still with the same problem.&nbsp; From another CCM I mirrored

the locale CSV files into directory: C:\Program

Files\Cisco\CallManager\DBInstallCSV\Products, and also copied the

Australia folder into the TFTP directory, however Network Locales are

still not available for use.<br>

Has anyone else come across this problem or know of possible solution?<br>
