standard edition in our lab, I am using the basic IPCC express script <B><SPAN
style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">icd.aef</SPAN></B> which ships with it, the trouble
is I cannot get it to run, I have selected this within the Cisco Script
Application page but do I also need to add in the CSQ value to get it to
forward to the agents, when ever I dial the trigger it will get answered by
the default script instead. If so what do I enter in this field as it requires
it as a string value. Or do I have to run the icd.aef script through the CRS
editor and add in the CSQ value there. </SPAN></FONT></P>
