<DIV><BR></DIV>Actually, I believe BAT is the correct utility.<BR><BR>This is
because the name of the server is embedded all over the place in<BR>MS SQL
Server.<BR><BR>If you run BARS, it will attempt to restore all that saved SQL
info,<BR>including the server name. This would cause problems on the
restore.<BR><BR>Best bet is to build a new server with a new name, add in your
route<BR>groups, CSS, partitions, devices pools etc, then export all your
phone<BR>info from the old server and put it in the new one.<BR>
