Calls show up in the real-time report, but only half of them show up in
the historical reporting. Cust does not have SP1 installed (when we
tried to install SP1, the RASCAL server stopped working).<br>

Cust had a time/date problem (incorrect on the server), but has not
restarted the engine since correcting, having user restart the engine
to see if that corrects the problem.<br>

Any ideas if it doesn't?<br>
