If they are two seperate clusters, perhaps "provide outside dialtone" is setup on route patterns for one of the clusters. that is the only way I can think of that would be difference dialtone.<br><br><div><span class="gmail_quote">

I don't think he was talking about ringtones,<br><br>I think he was referring to dial tone.<br><br>I don't know of a way to change it, maybe its a wav file that can be swapped out? How does the other customer have his changed?
