Scott,<br><br>We have to do the same thing on alot of our call handlers that transfer off system. I don't know of any way around it.. would be interested also if anyone knows a better way to do it. <br><br>Might be a good thing to put a feature request for up on CIPTUG - assuming there isnt already but I dont recall seeing one. We'd put some votes on it for sure.

servers. One on old PBX and the other connected to CM. I have users
that are now on both IP Phones and PBX phones. I'm trying to setup
the IP Phones to forward to the PBX phone if no one answers the phone. </span></font></p>
