Can you send a small description of your call routing rules in Unity (direct and forwarded)?<br>

Hi guys,<br><br>I'm using hunt line in CCM4.1. Hunt line number is Unity pilot number.<br>When incoming calls from PSTN send to Hunt line number, call forward to<br>Unity auto attendant. When I make a call from PSTN I should get Unity attendant
<br>voice prompt. But some time I just got ring tone and nobody answer the phone.<br>Do you guys have any idea why call just got ring tone instead of reach auto<br>attendant. This problem bother quite long time.<br><br>Thanks a lot!
