<div>The error states the it is unable to communicate with computer eescallmgrpub but the computer name is escallmgrpub. LMHost and Host files do not list eescallmgrpub. Searched the registery, nothing. Searched SQL using Select @@servername, returned the correct name. Can not find the sever with the extra "e". This is not related to Microsoft Article 245197 as we have multiple publishers set the same way without getting this DCOM error. Server has been rebooted several times. CSA was turned off and error still occurs.
