<P>I have a CCM 3.3.4 sr2</P>
<P>unity 4.03sr1</P>
<P>unity primary port range: 18000-18031</P>
<P>unity fail over port range starts: 18032</P>
<P>calling voice mail, from an ip phone goes to the failover unity ports, it tries 18032, 18033, 18034, 18035, then 18001</P>
<P>not all the time, other times it just goes to 18001 " the primary ports "</P>
<P>there is no failover according to the failover monitor, </P>
<P>there are no errors in the app log of unity, </P>
<P>there are 0 erros in dbwalker</P>
<P>there are on 8.02 TSP version</P>
<P>I tried many times yesterday till I was able to capture this strange problem, </P>
<P>called from 495, by simply pushing voicemail on the phone.</P>
<P>the tcp handler is 000002602, the ip phone ip, is <A onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)" href="http://10.40.4.28/" target=_blank>10.40.4.28</A></P>
<P>time of the call: 2:47pm, and finaly it hit the 18001 at 2:50pm</P>
<P>the only strange thing I saw in the trace was " entry not found for ...</P>
