I have a user on a CME 3.3 system whose phone won't get dial-tone. Phone has been working fine for 6+ months. I do a sh voice call summary and see the following:<br><br><br>50/0/6&nbsp; .1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; None&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; -&nbsp; S_CONNECT&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; EFXS_WAIT_RELEASE_REQ
