I have a user on a CME 3.3 system whose phone won't get dial-tone. Phone has been working fine for 6+ months. I do a sh voice call summary and see the following:<br><br><br>50/0/6 .1 None - S_CONNECT EFXS_WAIT_RELEASE_REQ
